Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Almond milk

  • 1/2 Cup Coconut milk⠀

  • 1 Tsp Turmeric

  • 1/2 Tsp Ginger

  • 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon⠀

  • 1/4 Tsp Cardamom

  • 1/4 Tsp Anise

  • Pinch of Black Pepper

  • 1 Tbs Honey

Place all ingredients in a saucepan on a medium flame. Heat until just before boiling. Strain into a cup and enjoy before bedtime! Recommended once a week for maximum benefits.
