Front Desk Manager
An Oregon native, Alyssa has been with the Soma team since July 2019. With a friendly smile and helpful attitude, Alyssa manages the front desk, helping our clients with their questions and concerns as needed. Her goal is to make sure our clients have as easy and relaxed of a time dealing with paperwork as they do on our massage tables.
In her spare time, she enjoys playing the role of doting auntie to her nieces and nephews and spending time exploring what Oregon has to offer.
Front Desk Associate
An Arizona native who finally made it to the Pacific Northwest, Hope joined the Soma Wellness Team in January 2020. A born socialite she loves working the front desk and being able to meet and greet with every client. She strives to provide a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for our guests, as our weekend receptionist.
Receptionist by weekend, student by week, Hope is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a Spanish minor. When she is not with us at Soma, she spends her days hanging out with friends, listening to music and enjoying beautiful Oregon and all it has to offer.

Licensed Massage Therapist #22801
JB is a native of California but has lived most of his life in Washington County. He inherited his interest in massage from his mom (a physical therapist) and his dad (an occupational therapist) who always uses anatomical terminology in everyday conversation, much to the chagrin of their friends and family. After graduating from East West College of Healing Arts in Portland Oregon, JB began his career working for various spas and clinics, where he has honed his palpatory sense and developed his own style and technique. Although most practiced in deep tissue and Swedish techniques, JB is also trained in massage cupping, IASTM, and structural integration; a modality that uses manual therapy and movement techniques to improve the client's postural alignment. When he is not using massage to help people live their best lives, JB enjoys leading an active and healthy lifestyle, creating art and music, and of course the occasional Netflix binge.

Originally from the Island of Oahu, Kadie has lived in the Portland area for nearly 5 years. Growing up in Hawaii, she was lucky to know massage and touch as integral parts of the culture and knew from a young age that bodywork would be a part of her journey. She has always been drawn to a more holistic approach to healing the body, mind, and spirit, and find that massage is a great avenue. A graduate of East West College of the Healing Arts here in Portland, OR, she specializes in deep tissue, myofascial release techniques, facilitated stretching, trigger point work, and soothing relaxation massage. In her free time she rides BMX, Skateboard, and loves diving into arts and crafts with her five year old son.
